everyone looks at her when they come in.
no one says anything.
no one smiles.
no one laughs.
no one stares.
no one gives her dirty looks.
they just go on.
and life just goes on.
and she keeps praising and praising while cooking and swiping those wildcards.

if this is what a migraine is supposed to feel like,
it hurtssssssss. like little shocks of pain that make me shuddder.
go away.
