mustard

i like mustard.

the mustard seed is one of the smallest seeds.
He asked of us to just have faith the size of a mustard seed.

that's kinda...really tiny. like gross, itchy tiny.
imagine how we appear to God...if a mustard seed looks like that to us.
but we lack even that little. at least i feel i do.
He didn't ask much of us, did He.
but Jesus knew it would be hard for us to even have that little faith.
but i guess we don't need a lot. just as much as a mustard seed.
God is so big He can do so much with what little we have.

worrying is a disease.
don't worry about what we can or can't do.
we can't do anything.
but He doesn't ask us to do more than we can.
He just wants our hearts to be willing to do His work.
trust.
He'll provide the rest.

i want to plant a few mustard seeds in my backyard.
along with my sweet potatoes. pumpkin patch. sangchoos. and mini cornfield.
next to my little herb garden of mint, lavender, and rosemary.!!!
near my little treehouse slightly shadowed by my favvvvorite willow tree.
there are actually two willow trees. whose longgg thin branches of soft leaves are swaying calmly along with the big, comfy hammock hanging from the two trees.
and there will also be a little basketball court. and biiiig trampoline.
oh and a little row of tulips..! :)

why..am i planning my..backyard again? ahhhhahahaha

be young when you can.
it's fun to imagine.
