today, i worshiped my Father by doing body worship to a few e-camp songs from summer missions.
the songs are all kiddish? with childish, upbeat melodies and simple lyrics...
but i felt these special non-stop chills aka the Holy Spirit the whole time.
i miss the kids...i remember that so much of them have already harbored so much hate, pride, and hurt in their should be happy-innocent-carefree lives...their shells seemed so hard at first but turned out to be the shell of an egg. so fragile. so gentle. children.
i miss worshiping with them..praying for them..laughing with them..eating ice cream with them..singing with them..crying with them..taking pictures with them.
i miss them a lot today.
thank goodness there's a heaven..
God, i pray that these kids know You..
and forgive me for not keeping in touch with them..
only You are faithful..and all i can do is pray for them.
ah i'm getting teary. what the!
silly how i can get emotional after singing and dancing to fast upbeat songs talking about surfing with the Lord and Jesus being our Superhero...
but i guess God really looks at the heart of worship..
and even through these childish worship songs...He saw my heart.
thank you.
